My name is Genevieve, and I'm a little papillon dog. I'm [redacted] years old and weigh [redacted] pounds. When I was born my breeder kept putting newspapers down in my pen. I didn't know I was supposed to poop on them, so I started reading them instead. That was the beginning of my desire to be a writer. I was also surrounded by strange creatures that I later learned were called "humans," and at first I was very disappointed to learn that I was probably going to spend the rest of my life with humans. But I did find them fascinating (though incredibly dumb when compared to dogs) so I decided that I would dedicate myself to studying them and writing about them.
I've had a very successful career doing just that, with three books: "Memoirs of a Papillon: The Canine Guide to Living with Humans without Going Mad"; "More Memoirs of a Papillon: Diary of a Mad Dog"; and my newest one just out from Simon & Schuster, "Small Dog, Big Life: Memoirs of a Furry Genius" - www.dogtellsall.com.
